About Me

I am currently a first-year Master of Science candidate in Integrated Circuit Engineering at the School of Integrated Circuits, Southeast University (SEU), starting my graduate studies in the fall semester of 2026. I am advised by Prof. Yarui Peng.

My primary research interests are advanced packaging and chiplet design.

I earned my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Microelectronics Science and Engineering from Lanzhou University. My graduation project, titled “Design of Intelligent Acquisition System Based on FPGA,” was recognized as an outstanding graduation project.
